I created a new user account but cannot log in. What could be the problem?
After registering as a user, a confirmation link will be sent to the email address you provided. Please click the link in that email.
Please also make sure to check your spam/junk folder.
Once confirmed, your account will be activated and you can log in securely and continue shopping.
🛒Ordering and shopping cart
I have filled in all the fields but cannot proceed from the shopping cart. The page says that the destination country is not selected.
If you selected Omniva parcel locker as the delivery method, please refresh the page – usually this is the circular arrow in the top area of your web browser.
After refreshing, an additional option “Delivery to Omniva parcel locker” will appear in the cart, where you can select the destination country and the desired parcel locker or post office.

What delivery options do you offer?
We offer delivery within Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Sweden and Finland.
In Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Finland:
Courier delivery directly to your address.
Delivery to Omniva, DPD or SmartPost parcel lockers (for smaller shipments).
In Sweden and Poland:
Courier delivery directly to your address.
If you would like delivery to a country not listed above, please contact us – we will do our best to find a solution.
How much is the shipping cost and how is it calculated?
Shipping costs depend on the chosen delivery method and on the size and/or weight of the order. The exact shipping cost is shown in the shopping cart before you confirm the order.
How quickly will my order arrive?
Products that are in stock are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days after we receive your payment.
The delivery time depends on product availability, destination country and the chosen delivery method (e.g. parcel locker, courier).
Orders are not picked or dispatched on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
What should I do if my parcel has not arrived at the parcel locker?
First check whether you have received an SMS or email notification that the parcel has arrived at the parcel locker.

Do you only sell new spare parts?
Yes, all spare parts sold in our online store are new and meet the manufacturer’s specifications.
Are your spare parts original or high-quality equivalents?
We offer both original spare parts and high-quality equivalents. The product information will always clearly indicate which type it is.
If I cannot find the spare part I am looking for, can I still order it from you?

I am not sure which spare part fits my vehicle. What should I do?

Please send us the vehicle’s VIN code or registration number (for vehicles registered in Estonia or Finland) and a description of the spare part you are looking for.

Do you offer maintenance and repair services?
No, we do not provide maintenance or repair services.
Our company focuses solely on selling new spare parts. We do not operate an on-site workshop.
🔁Right of withdrawal and claims
Who is entitled to the 14-day right of withdrawal from the contract?
The 14-day right of withdrawal applies to private consumers and only to distance contracts – that is, when the purchase is made via the online store, by phone or by email.
This right of withdrawal does not apply to products purchased directly in the physical store.
For companies (legal entities), this right does not apply by law, unless otherwise agreed with the Seller.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the product has been used after delivery in a way that makes it impossible to restore its original condition (for example, an already installed spare part).
Who can submit a product claim?
The right to submit a claim is available to both private consumers and legal entities (companies).
This applies to products purchased both from the physical store and from the online store if
a defect appears in the product or the product does not match what was promised (e.g. incorrect part, missing function, etc.).
NB! Submitting a claim does not automatically mean withdrawal from the purchase and does not obligate the Seller to cancel the order. All cases are reviewed individually in accordance with the applicable law and sales terms.
